I ordered this magazine on February 25, 2005. It is now June 30 and have not received a single copy. When I try to follow that order, which was paid, Amazon tells me that my serial number wrong, this is not the case, I have the correct number, Amazon does not know how to maintain quality control abonnements.Cynthia Ganea Rating: 5 / 5

After reading a comment here mentioning subscription issues I went straight to the website of American Artists, and ordered a subscription. It was November 23, 2005 and February 10, 2006 now there is not a charger. When I finally complained about a request to send information from my credit card again VNU @ espcomp. com. I can not say look in this direction that I feel should be communicated with the American artist or publisher of a magazine. Would you send your credit information. . . I do not think so. I was happy with the magazine, but even if I can renew my subscription for the third year (and I was loaded!) I’ve never had more journals. Amazon On demand what had happened, they said they would not accept my application for renewal (without reason) that they return my money (not yet, after six months) and send two or three questions for the trouble free. . . I have received three points in the mail today, I wanted to wait a couple of questions before giving an opinion so you can compare. I had assumed that these design techniques, etc. of the pen or pencil. . . but these problems are not. These do not seem PAINTINGS oriented designs (or at least that these issues). I have not seen a picture. All the paintings are today, with the exception of three colored pencil drawings on the back of the magazine in its latest issue. What I see, however, different color pages of paintings submitted to the journal with articles about how the artist made the painting. . . with a little bite behind the scenes in the article (as a painting in the Boston skyline, the article says that the man took photos at an open door of a helicopter). I was a little disappointed by the lack of education, this book does not give technical advice. But it is a wonderful art magazine for all the artists if you want inspiration and see how the pros do!
